Each signal is recorded when it happens, then graded 1, 5 and 20 trading days later against what the price actually did. Nothing here uses hindsight — the grade could not have been known when the signal was made.

The comparison that matters is between the top and bottom rows. If a high score does no better than a low one, the score carries no information, however confident it looks.
